WashingtonRise collects personal data on some of the Sites’ areas when you register for or apply for jobs, sign up for events and conferences, register for WashingtonRise newsletters and alerts and/or engage in public user posting areas such as discussion forums, bulletin boards and surveys. Collected personal data varies across the Sites such as your name, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, mailing address and other information needed to apply for a job. For example, by signing up for WashingtonRise alerts or newsletters, you agree to receive the communications that you have signed up to at the email address you have provided. Only WashingtonRise or its authorized agents will contact you at this e-mail address. We can also gather information about the devices you are using to interact with our Sites. The information we collect may contain IP addresses, web browser, device identifier and browser cookie-collected information, web beacons, clear gifs, pixels, and other technologies (collectively “Cookies and Other Related Tracking Technologies”) on our Sites.

Use of information collected by mobile devices

Our mobile apps, may use third party service providers to analyze activity of non-personally identifiable users to correct errors, perform monitor usage, and improve mobile applications performance. For instance, WashingtonRise receives reports on the aggregate usage and browsing patterns of some of our mobile applications, including the type of device used, accessed insights, and app events. WashingtonRise also receives reports from mobile applications regarding certain errors. Third party service providers do not collect information for the purpose of personally identifying any particular user.

WashingtonRise maintains as required personal data, for the duration of the business relationship. Personal data may be maintained for longer than the business relationship duration should we require to maintain it to safeguard ourselves against legal claims, use it for historical record-keeping or analysis, or comply with our schedules and data management policies. If you ask us to delete your personal data, WashingtonRise will make reasonable efforts to delete all instances of information. Children

The Sites are not directed to or intended for children aged 13 or younger, and WashingtonRise will not retain or collect personal information about anyone under this age
