Business Analyst Interns join our offices around the globe to work in teams and directly with our clients in a wide range of fields such as operations, marketing & sales, digital and others for for around 10 weeks, normally during the summer. Responsibilities & Duties:
You will play an active role in all aspects of client engagement. This includes testing and formulating hypotheses, analyzing and gathering information, and communicating and developing recommendations. You will have the opportunity to present the results to client management and to make recommendations in close collaboration with the client team members. You will work in teams with a size of 3 to 5 consultants.
Business Analyst Interns receive training and repeated coaching and mentoring from their team colleagues. This support comprises a local office partner assigned to guide your throughout your internship.
You will collaborate on the client site, with the client team and with your WashingtonRise colleagues on a specific part of the project. Examples of specific work may include interviewing clients leading client teams, interviewing clients, delivering and creating presentations, building financial models, and working with WashingtonRise experts to develop insights and perspectives for the client. Most likely you will find common areas of interest in our firm including Analytics, New Ventures, Digital, Implementation and others, when working with your colleagues.
Our Business Analyst Intern program provides first-hand consulting experience for a group of undergraduate students and eligible graduate students. You will be working in your host office for about 10 weeks and you will take part in an introductory training program and a wide range of social activities to get to know the office and the company. Upon completion of your degree, you may receive an offer to join us as a full-time Business Analyst at the end of the summer.
